Scope of Services
Better Days Behavioral Therapy Corp., provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services tailored to each individual client. Services may include in-home therapy, in-clinic therapy, and in-school therapy - where permitted. Al services are based on individualized assessments conducted by qualified professionals and may vary depending on client needs, availability, and clinical recommendations. Services are subject to clinical appropriateness, staff, availability, and authorization or payment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services.
No Client Relationship
Use of this website, including submitting inquiries or requesting appointments, does not establish a provider-client relationship. A formal relationship is only established after completion of required intake procedures, documentation, and acceptance into services. Initial Assessment Requirement Al prospective clients must undergo an initial assessment conducted by a qualified professional prior to the initiation of services. This assessment determines service recommendations, clinical necessity, and treatment planning.
Appointments, Attendance, and Participation
This website allows users to request appointments or submit inquiries. Submission of a request does not guarantee service availability or scheduling. By submitting your information, you consent to being contacted via phone, email, or other communication methods. Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions and actively participate. Caregiver involvement may be required. Failure to comply may result in modification or discontinuation or services.
Cancellations and No-Show Policy
Clients are expected to provide a 24 hours’ notice when canceling scheduled appointments.
Failure to attend a scheduled session or cancel within the required timeframe may result in a $50.00 cancelation or no-show fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method on file. Repeated missed appointments may result in suspension or termination of services
Payments and Financial Responsibility
Clients are responsible for al charges, including copays, deductibles, coinsurance, and noncovered services. For self-pay clients, payment is required for al services rendered. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination or services.
Card on File Requirement
To facilitate bi ling and ensure timely payment, clients may be required to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file. By providing a card on file, you authorize Better Days Behavioral Therapy Corp., to charge the card for copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, outstanding balances, and applicable cancelation or no-show fees. All charges will be applied in accordance with our financial policies, and clients will be notified when applicable.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our clients, Better Days Behavioral Therapy Corp., may submit claims to insurance on your behalf. However, insurance billing is not a guarantee of payment, and clients remain ultimately responsible for al charges. Denied claims may become the client’s responsibility. Any information submitted through this website must be accurate and truthful. You acknowledge that submission of information does not guarantee services. You should avoid submitting sensitive personal or medical information through general website forms.
Privacy and Confidentiality
We comply with HIPAA and are committed to protecting your information.

ABA therapy outcomes vary based on individual circumstances. Better Days Behavioral Therapy Corp., does not guarantee specific results, timelines, or outcomes.
